Lawson Hill:  Located just off Highway 145 at Society Turn.  These deed-restricted houses are nestled on quarter acre lots and many have views down valley.  Homes, duplexes, and lots in the Lawson Hill subdivision are available for purchase and range in price.

Raspberry Patch:  South of Elk Run on Highway 145 is Raspberry Patch.  From here, you will have about a 15 minute drive into Telluride.  These homes are built on 10-18 acre lots with incredible views.  There are currently no lots available in Raspberry Patch.

Ski Ranches: This subdivision is right next to Mountain Village southbound on Highway 145.  There are approximately 150 houses in this fully-developed, rustic neighborhood.  Lot sizes are 1 to 3 acres so dogs and horses are welcome!

Sunnyside Ranch:  One of the last great ranch properties of any resort in the Rocky Mountain West sits this development on a beautiful and secluded bench just above the town of Telluride.
